Welcome to Coloring Studio ("Coloring Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coloring Studio mobile app and related services (the "Services"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The app is rated for all ages and contains no objectionable content.
Coloring Studio turns photos you provide into printable black-and-white coloring pages using AI. You are responsible for the photos you use and confirm you have the right to use them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to: upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors; upload images of other people without their consent; reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Services; or use the Services to break any law. We may decline to process content that violates these rules.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the coloring pages you create — we do not claim ownership of them. You grant us only the limited, temporary permission needed to process your photo and return your coloring page (see our Privacy Policy). We do not use your photos to train AI models.
The app offers a limited free trial of the generator (your first coloring page is free), auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) that include a set number of personalized pages per period, and optional one-time consumable credit packs. All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not offer unlimited AI generation; additional pages are available via credit packs.
The app and its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We may add, change, or remove features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." AI results vary and may not meet your expectations; we do not guarantee any particular output quality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
